Grey's Court is a picturesque 16th-century mansion set in serene gardens. It was home to the Brunner family until recent years. The house is owned by the National Trust, who describe it as exuding "a welcoming atmosphere with a well-stocked kitchen and homely living rooms". There are a series of walled gardens set amid medieval ruins, a Great Tower from the 14th century and a rare Tudor donkey wheel.

Grey's Court is also reputed to be haunted. Visitors to the Tearoom have remarked how unusually cold it is. It is believed that Cromwell's troops once stayed in this location. According to a medium, it is frequented by the spirit of young man, aged aboyt 15 years old, who was once a pot boy.
